Yes, I am back..

Seems like I've been out of this blog for quite some time, but not THAT long. I don't have much to post till now.

Feb 13th I watched Little Big Soldier, Leehom's newest movie, with my family. It wasn't supposed to be on screen until 14th of Feb but I guess it was a sneak preview. It was SERIOUSLY AWESOME!! He was so heroic, so manly, so brave and SO SWEET!! I wish I could jump into the movie and hug him. What a nice feeling!!

Feb 14th is Valentines day. Didn't care much about it, but what I cared more is CNY. It was coincidently fallen on that date. Balik Taiping!! After 2 years of CNY I didn't spent there, it seemed different. It seemed like the CNY mood has reduced over the years. Quite disappointed actually... But I got to watch a movie with Shaun, Sherman, Sheryl and their maid, Shirley. Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. Quite nice though. Can you believe that they are not screening Little Big Soldier? It's so racist =(

Feb 17th I went to Chiang Mai. Although it isn't my first time to Thailand, but it was my first time to go to Chiang Mai. At first I thought that this trip was gonna be a bore. But then I realized, I did many things there. Shop, Massage, Braid my hair, Fish Spa and I even saw Myanmar! It was so special because I get to see 3 countries from where I was sitting. And I also went to Laos for THIRTY minutes, the least time I spent in a country. Anyway it was a great experience and everything there was so cheap especially the FOOD!! OMG THE FOOD!! Anyway it was really really really awesome!

Feb 20th is the day I came back from Chiang Mai. And that night I went to watch Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief with Ying Fang, Alex, Wuan Di, Yuen Sum, Kean Huang and Chong Yann. We weren't actually planning to watch that. The plan was actually 72 Tenants, if there were no seats then Percy Jackson, if there were no seats then finally Little Big Soldier. Miraculously there were no seats for both movies!! So when I was about to buy the Little Big Soldier tickets, suddenly the boys said they don't wanna watch the movie. What a party pooper =(. So we watched Percy Jackson for a later screening. Ate in Little Penang Cafe where Ying Fang's mom treated us. And I bought tickets for Little Big Soldier for the next day!

Feb 21st, 10am went to Ying Fang's house with Yi Pei, Mindy, Alex and Wuan Di. Her house was quite nice, but we spent our time there playing PS2. Fighting and fighting, then I got out my camera and started my job as paparazzi. It was cool to be in her NEW house. After that I finally got back to orchestra rehearsal. It was okay, not too fun not too boring. I was so excited to watch Little Big Soldier with Shuen! That sei Loch Yeen FFK-ed us... Anyways right after rehearsal we went straight to Mid Valley and ate dinner in Pasta Zanmai. First time eating there and it was not bad. When we watched Little Big Soldier, there were more Malays than Chinese in the cinema. At first I thought I went into the wrong hall. But they seemed to enjoy the movie very much! And of course, Leehom was spectacular. Swooned over him the whole night. After movie we went into MPH and bought my bro's stuffs and went home. Such a full of fun day!

22nd of Feb, school started. Everyone was so tired because everyone was soooo into the holiday mood, most of the students slept late on Sunday night. This CNY passed by real fast, and I long for the next holiday~

A visit to SMKBBSP..WHOOO~~

Today was awesome. Why? Cause I saw all my friends again!!

Early in the morning (Well, not THAT early) I woke up and my mom fetched me to SMKBBSP. I had to get my leaving school certificate and all my records there. So I chose to go during their recess time, because then I'm sure that Ms.Renuka is not in any class and the more chance I get to meet my friends. 1st person who saw me is Li Ann. She regconised me the moment I stepped into the canteen. Then after that was Wen Lee, then Sue Yee....and so on.

I was really happy to see all of them, Yi Pei a
nd Mindy, especially Mindy, cause I have not seen her since the day we took the PMR results. I miss their sunshine attitude which brightens up my gloomy day, and the strong support they gave me whenever I feel down. I remember the oral test for BM. Ying Fang, Mindy, Yi Pei and I was doing a conversation about "The girl next class is PREGNANT". I know, it's a really really random and "bent" topic. In the conversation, we used words that we never use when we talk, for example condoms and sex. Ying Fang accidentally said Bayi as Babi, which made everyone laugh out loud. Ying Fang also said that the baby which as aborted was pitiful because all babies are god's gift, then Yi Pei suddenly reach out her hands to the sky with her head looking up and shout "Oh TUHAN~". That was priceless. Only Yi Pei can do something like that, and it was obviously damn funny. I miss their sense of humor. I miss everything about them.

And of course, I saw the 3H boys. I saw Hiap Shang first, our 3H class monitor. Then Chee Keen and Yuen Sum. I wanted to talk to Chee Keen abo
ut something, but there were so many people around us. I saw Alex and Teck Leong, too. I was surprised that Boon was still so fat and cute and cuddly xD. His voice hasn't changed a bit, still in that high pitched voice, which is very weird for his super sized body. Cher Fong, Jun Qiang, Wuan Di and Xiang Hui saw me too, but we didn't talk as much as I did with Alex and the rest. But I am glad to see them.

Took 2 photos only, too bad..

Life is colorful

Look around you. What do you see?

We see colors. Everywhere. We're not living in a black and white world, like those black and white movies. Everything is colored, no matter what it is. Even the most disgusting thing has color.

We also see "meanings". I look at the Starbucks Ice Blended Mocha in front of me. What does it mean? It means that this particular ice blended mocha is made for me to enjoy. The chair I'm sitting on now is meant for us to sit on, to rest. The table in front of me is meant for us to put our things.

What else? We see joy. Especially near the festive seasons. Everywhere is decorated with red lanterns and most shops and restaurants are playing CNY songs. Everyone is getting ready to welcome the Chinese New Year. The little kids are forever happy and playing. No worries, no frustration. There's season greetings wherever we go, and the season cheer is always there.

And most of all, we see life. Birds flying around, stray dogs and cats lurking for food, humans chatting and walking, or just enjoying a meal. Babies, crying for no reason, and plants, going through photosynthesis to make oxygen for every living organisms. Everything is lively, and automatically, everything is happy.

We don't live in a colorless world. We don't live in a meaningless world. We don't live in a joyless world and we don't live in a lifeless world. Everything is what it is, which is full of happiness and life.

Respect.

Was having chinese drums today and when I was resting, I saw the biggest "free" spider in my life, in the drain. It looked like a tarantula, but it wasn't as hairy as one. I'm not sure what species is that spider, but I know that isn't normally found in cities.

At first I thought it was some kind of leaf hanging in the drain, but then when I looked closer, it had a body and eight legs. To be sure, I asked 2 of the little kids, whether that's a spider or just my imagination. Turns out to be that is a real spider. My first reaction was shout "eyer!" then stand up and get away from there. The little boys, of course, were fascinated by the "awesome" spider. I don't know what happened next, but what I know is that I'm away from that creepy crawly.

Then not long later, the boys came over and told me that the spider is dead. They told me that a form 1 boy squashed it.

What the F*** is wrong with that boy? What, stepping on a innocent spider makes you popular? Stepping on a innocent spider makes you a hero? Does it even make people notice you? If you wanna seek attention, please do something better, and stop killing insects that aren't bothering you.

Whenever we see the news about human involved in accidents were squashed by the vehicles, we might think why is the God so cruel to let them die in such way. That's what insects think about us human. They didn't do anything to us, they were just minding their own business, then some kids come up and steps on you just for fun? Just for attention? Why not I try to step on you till your burst? Is that fun for you?

Insects have lives, too, and it's as precious as our lives.
